Information we collect

When you submit the quote form we collect the details you enter: name, phone number, email, type of business, number of employees and your comment.

With your consent, we use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to collect usage information such as pages visited, device and browser type, approximate location and how you interact with the site. Your browser may also store a language preference on your device.

Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address and browser information when a page loads.

How we use it

We use your information only to contact you about your quote and to provide bookkeeping, tax, payroll and QuickBooks services. We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Service providers

Quote form submissions are delivered to us by email through FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), which processes the data only to transmit it. Google (Google Analytics) and Microsoft (Microsoft Clarity) process analytics data on our behalf, only if you consent. Our website files are hosted by our hosting provider.

Cookies and similar technologies

We use essential browser storage, such as remembering your language and your cookie choice. With your consent we also use analytics cookies from Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity. You can accept or decline them in the cookie banner, change your choice at any time with "Cookie Settings" in the footer, or block them in your browser settings. We honor Global Privacy Control signals and do not load analytics when one is detected.

Your California privacy rights (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request access to it, to request that we correct or delete it, to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information, and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

We do not sell your personal information. Analytics tools are used only with your consent and act as our service providers. We honor opt-out preference signals such as Global Privacy Control.

Data retention and security

We keep quote requests only as long as needed to respond and provide services, then delete them. We use reasonable measures to protect your information, but no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
